The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us youngsters. The security and the variety of restaurants within the hotel were also impressive.

The location of the hotel in Addis Ababa is marvellous, close enough to an amazing French restaurant, The Mandolin, and the bars. Also, we wanted to visit Surrender night club, set walking distance from the venue.

The staff at the hotel were warm and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and a functional shower. The WiFi worked well, which was important for my business trip. I also appreciated the additional down comforter in the suite. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the city.

We were lucky to choose this hotel for our stay. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We appreciated their efforts in reducing plastic use for toiletries and drinking water in the rooms. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the dining staff at breakfast. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to important offices of the government and international organizations, making transportation easy.
